CCCT Business Lunch: Clean Energy Roundtable – March 9, 2017

THIS EVENT HAS SOLD OUT.

Thank you for your interest. This event is obviously a hot topic and we regret to inform you that we have no space left. Now that we know how much interest we have in this subject, we will look at hosting another event shortly. Stay tuned.

The fight against climate change has seen huge growth in renewable energy over the past decade, both in developed countries and developing ones. In Taiwan, President Tsai Ing-wen announced the country’s energy plan to phase out nuclear power plants and have an energy mix containing 50% natural gas, 30% coal and 20% renewable energy by 2025.

With this ambitious plan in place, renewable energy has gained its significance and momentum in Taiwan. It is thus our honour and privilege to welcome you to attend the CCCT Business Lunch: Clean Energy Roundtable as a DISCUSSANT on Thursday, 9 March, at the Grand Hyatt Taipei at 12pm.

The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan (CCCT) jointly with the Canadian Trade Office in Taipei (CTOT) and Northland Power are proud to present a business lunch with our special guest Mr. John Brace, the CEO of Northland Power, and his distinguished team.

We believe that your invaluable participation would further enhance mutual understanding on topics of global and regional concerns. We sincerely look forward to having you with us for the roundtable discussion on 9 March. Below are the details of the CCCT Business Lunch: Clean Energy Roundtable:
